Fresno JATC Solar Trainer

The Fresno Electrical Training Center is dedicated to delivering the highest degree of training possible to every member of the IBEW. To meet the demands of the growing industry of photovoltaics, we have constructed a working, real-time training module that is tied in to the electrical grid. We use this system to teach the necessary hands on skills that our workers will need to become proficient in this field of work.

Once there, click on the PV systems tab and choose FresnoJATC (blue hyperlink). You can then view the complete history of our system, including wind speed, ambient temperature and the amount of daylight, since we brought it online in August, 2007.
